Is the order taken on the restaurant's own web page?
Yes. The address carries the restaurant's own code, and your name and logo are what the customer sees. They browse the menu without signing in, choose delivery or pickup, and open an account at the payment step. Once the order completes it lands in SterkChef's order queue, the same place as a ticket opened at the till.
How does an incoming order reach the kitchen and the courier?
By itself. The kitchen ticket fires and the order appears on the kitchen screen alongside the ones from the till; a delivery order reaches the courier app and the dispatch board, a pickup order reaches the takeaway display. Nobody has to read an order off one screen and retype it into another.
Does the guest need to install an app?
No. The page loads in the browser at around 28 KB, which holds up on a weak signal in a busy dining room. Browsing the menu asks for no membership, and an account is opened only at the payment step.
