Run your Belgian restaurant on one till — FDM included

SterkChef connects your till to Belgium's FDM/GKS — the witte kassa — so every receipt runs through the fiscal rail, while orders, kitchen and stock live in one system. If the internet drops, service carries on and syncs later.

Frequently asked

Does SterkChef work with the FDM / witte kassa?

Yes. The till drives the FDM/GKS so each receipt passes through Belgium's fiscal rail. And because SterkChef is offline-first, a dropped connection doesn't stop service — you keep taking orders and payments, and everything syncs once you're back online.

Can I send e-invoices over Peppol?

Yes. The finance module issues e-invoices over Peppol BIS 3.0, so a company lunch or a catering job is invoiced straight from the system that took the order — no retyping into a separate tool, with 21%, 12% and 6% VAT applied per line.

We run several sites — can SterkChef handle multi-branch and Dimona?

Yes. You manage every branch from one backoffice — menus, stock and reporting per site — and staff declarations go to the RSZ/ONSS through the Dimona rail. The interface runs in 7 languages, so a Dutch-speaking team in Antwerp and a French-speaking one in Liège work on the same system.

Service starts at six.
Are you ready?

A live demo, thirty minutes. No slides: we build a scenario from your own restaurant, answer what you ask and talk pricing straight.
