Does the POS keep working without internet?
Yes. Tickets, payments and Z-reports queue in a local database and sync on their own when the line comes back. Service carries on through the outage and no sale is lost; you find out it happened from the sync log, not from the queue at the counter.
Which payment methods does it take?
Card, Bancontact, Payconiq, iDEAL, cash and meal vouchers (Edenred, Monizze, Sodexo, Pluxee). Any of them can be combined on the same ticket, so a table paying half on a voucher and half on a card stays one sale rather than two.
Which fiscal devices is it certified with?
Belgium FDM (Cleancash, FPS Finance), Germany TSE, France NF525, Italy RT and Turkey ÖKC. The driver is chosen from the branch country profile, so a group trading in more than one market configures nothing per till.
