CRM, Loyalty and B2B Accounts
Everything from a walk-in's details to a contracted B2B account in one console. Loyalty becomes something you can measure, and a campaign replaces the hunch that it might be worth ringing round.
What it does
Order history, loyalty points and preferences sit on the same record. The birthday email goes out on the day, the fifth order takes the dessert to zero, and the B2B account gets one invoice at month end, none of which needs anyone to remember it.
What you get
Guest record
Contact details, order history and spend, held with consent flags and a retention window from the start.
Loyalty scheme
Earn and burn rules, tiers and birthday rewards. Set them once and the system runs them.
B2B accounts
Company accounts, contract pricing, open accounts and consolidated billing, so a month of office lunches lands on one invoice.
Segments
Groups built on behaviour and preference, so an offer reaches the people it was written for.
Email and SMS
Outreach over email and SMS (Twilio, Nexmo), fired by the campaign rather than by hand.
Consent and privacy
Marketing consent, plus GDPR access, deletion and portability requests. When a guest asks to be removed, they are.
Frequently asked
Does SterkChef include a loyalty scheme?
Yes. Points, tiers and rewards are configured per venue and applied at the till and at QR checkout alike, so a guest earns on a Tuesday lunch at the counter and on a Friday table booking without anyone keying it in.
Is the CRM GDPR-compliant?
Each guest record carries explicit consent flags and a retention window set per country, and export and erasure requests are handled from the backoffice. Marketing consent is stored separately from the order history it sits next to.
