Does SterkChef work with the registratore telematico?
Yes. The till drives the RT so receipts run through Italy's fiscal rail. SterkChef is offline-first: if the connection drops during service you keep taking orders and payments, and the records sync when you're back online.
Can I send FatturaPA invoices through the SDI?
Yes. The finance module issues e-invoices in the FatturaPA format via the SDI, so a business dinner or a catering job is invoiced from the same system that took the order, with 22%, 10% and 4% IVA applied per line.

Every branch runs from one backoffice with per-site menus, stock and reports, and hires go through the UNILAV declaration rail. The interface is available in 7 languages, which helps with international teams.
