What it does
One dish carries as many variants as you need (size, cooking), extras (sauces, toppings) and compositions (combos). Categories, translations and price bands can be tuned per site. The same menu reads Dutch in Brussels, French in Liège and Turkish in Istanbul, out of one database.

Nested categories, category and dish translations (TR, EN, NL, FR), images and ordering you set by dragging.
Variants and extras
Size, cooking, choice of ingredient, paid or free extras, each translated per variant. The guest gets what they described.
Compositions (combos)
Menus inside menus: components and their price effect, so burger plus drink plus dessert sells as one line.
Price bands
Dine-in, takeaway and online can each carry their own price, and campaigns read the same bands.
Tax class
VAT and fiscal handling per country. The same dish is 12% in Belgium, 9% in the Netherlands and 10% in Türkiye, and you set it once.

Frequently asked
Can the same dish have a different name per language?
Yes. Each item carries a display name per supported language, and the guest sees the one matching their channel and locale, whether that is the kiosk in the venue or the QR menu on their own phone.
How is VAT handled across borders?
Each item maps to a tax class, and the branch country profile resolves that class to the rate in force there: 21/12/6 in Belgium, 21/9 in the Netherlands, 20/10/5.5 in France. You set the class once per dish, not once per country.
