One system for your restaurant — TSE on every till
KassenSichV puts a technical security element (TSE) on every till in Germany. SterkChef works with the TSE and keeps orders, kitchen, stock and payments in one system — offline-capable, so a dropped connection never stops service.

Frequently asked
How does SterkChef handle the TSE and KassenSichV?
Under KassenSichV every till needs a technical security element. SterkChef's POS works with the TSE so receipts run through Germany's fiscal rail — and because the system is offline-first, you keep taking orders and payments when the internet drops; everything syncs once the connection returns.
Can I send XRechnung e-invoices?
Yes. The finance module issues e-invoices in the XRechnung format, so invoicing a company event or a B2B customer happens in the same system that took the order, with 19% and 7% MwSt applied per line.
We run multiple locations — does that work, and what about DEÜV?
Yes. All branches run from one backoffice with per-site menus, stock and reports, and social declarations follow the DEÜV rail. The interface runs in 7 languages, which helps with international teams.
