What this actually needs
A fiscal device per establishment, not per company
Belgium registers an FDM per establishment, Germany a TSE per till, Italy an RT per point of sale. Each branch is paired to its own device, and the receipt names the device that actually produced it.
Each site banks into its own account
Bank accounts, payment gateways and PSP bindings can belong to a branch. What that restaurant takes lands where that restaurant banks, and the reconciliation has a chance of closing.
One menu, priced where it differs
Products are shared; prices, availability and tax classes can differ per branch and per date window. A city-centre price does not require a second menu to maintain.
The numbers arrive already reconciled
Sales, stock movements, cash and payroll roll up per branch and across the group, from the same records the tills wrote — not from an export somebody assembled.

Can each site keep its own staff and permissions?
Yes. Users are scoped per branch with role-based permissions, so a branch manager sees their own site while head office sees all of them. The permission set is granular rather than a single admin switch.
Do all sites have to be in the same country?
No — the platform runs seven countries' compliance stacks side by side, and country behaviour follows the tenant and the branch rather than a global setting. A group spanning Belgium and the Netherlands runs both rulebooks at once.
How do invoice numbers work across branches?
Each branch can carry its own invoice series, so the sequences do not interleave. It is optional: leave it unset and the group keeps one series.
