# SterkChef

> SterkChef is a multi-tenant restaurant operating system: POS, kitchen
> display (KDS), self-service kiosk, takeaway display, mini-POS, waiter
> tablet, courier mobile app, customer QR ordering and a backoffice —
> all in one platform. It is offline-first, fiscal-compliant in seven
> countries (Belgium, Netherlands, France, Germany, Spain, Italy,
> Turkey) and ships in seven languages.

## What it is

SterkChef runs the floor, the kitchen and the till from a single
synchronised system. When a guest orders, the kitchen sees the ticket
in seconds, stock is decremented, the cashier receives the bill and
the fiscal device prints a compliant receipt — even when the internet
is down.
